Musée du Mode, Paris

The exhibition at the Palais Galliera, Musée de la Mode de la Ville de Paris, offers visitors an insight into the artist’s private life and the way she constructed her identity through the way she presented and portrayed herself. My performance addresses Frida Kahlo’s lifelong, deliberate construction of identity and creates references to current issues of appearance and reality in a media-driven world.
