All works are ready to hang. If desired, they can be framed. For this we offer several options.
Artwork not available
If the artwork is sold or not in the shop, ask for an alternative work from the series or a commissioned work.
Free Shipping (Europe)
The prices of the works are for Europe including shipping costs. For other countries costs will apply.
Certificate of authenticity
For each work there is a certificate of authenticity, which confirms the originality of the work with a serial number.
1. Shipping Information
Orders are shipped insured in a wooden box or cardboard box depending on the artwork. The shipment of the ordered items will be made after receipt of money. As soon as the shipment is processed, you will be informed by mail.
2. Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes their country may require. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
3. Shipping Time
Germany 2-4 days
EU max. 2 weeks
Other countries 2-3 weeks
For framing request depending on the type of framing the delivery time will be longer.
4. Returns or Exchanges
You shall be entitled to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you and who is not the carrier have or has taken the goods in possession.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must notify us of your resolution to revoke the contract, such notice to be made by way of an unequivocal declaration. For such purpose you may use the enclosed sample revocation form which is, however, not mandatory.
The revocation period is observed if you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
5. Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
Customers outside the EU: we will only refund the cost of the item and not the original delivery costs.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You must bear the cost of returning the goods (all countries).
You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
